Well, here it is! The first official piece of the comic to come! I have spent the past two days working on nothing else--nothing else--but this monster! Seriously, I haven't even done my laundry. O_O I was trying to make it look like an old tapestry, hence the weird shading/anatomy/perspective/etc, but don't worry, the comic itself will look like my usual work.
Anyway, there you go! Feel free to wonder in agony what everything means.
