I know I've been really quiet lately and haven't uploaded very much art...particularly Everlee art...particularly new pages of said Everlee art. This is because I've been really, REALLY busy working on other things that I feel are more important right now. But when I'm done with that, I will shift my focus back to the comic, not to mention the art I still owe people.

Speaking of the comic, I've decided to start taking some steps toward Everlee-specific websites. Making an actual official website is way, way in the future [read: time/funds] but I HAVE made myself an Everlee Livejournal, as inspired by *whisperpntr. Eventually it'll be where I post Everlee related news and updates, and dA will be more of a vessel for my horse art in general. I'll probably still post finished pages here, too, though.

_{I've never considered leaving dA. I've taken breaks because of school, but I've never "left." I'd only ever leave if I ended up making my own private website or something. For now, dA suits me just fine.}

I haven't done a pageview kiriban in ages! So I've decided to do two this time. The first will be for 400,000 pageviews exactly. The first person to send me a screen capture will win a free picture from me, one character/minimal background ( [link] ) -OR- a blinking avatar ( [link] ).

The second kiriban will be for 444,444 pageviews exactly. The first person to send me a screen capture will win a free picture from me, one character, full background ( [link] ) -OR- an animated avatar ( [link] ).

For those who don't know, a kiriban is a fun little game where you get a gift for reaching a certain milestone. On deviantART, typically the artist gives the gift to the first person to screen capture that certain milestone, so keep your eyes peeled!

Most computer keyboards have a "Print Screen" button up in the top row, by the F12 key. Usually you just press that button, then go into Photoshop or Paint or something and hit "copy/paste." Then upload it to dA in the "devious fun" category, or upload it to Photobucket (or similar), and send me the link. That's all you have to do!

Wow, thanks so much everyone who took part! In all there were 61 applications for 6 designs, so you can imagine how hard it was to pick! You all did such a fantastic job on your entries, too.

I really hope that those of you who didn't win a design still find a way to keep the character you created--you could easily tweak the designs into something new, or change them entirely! I'll be making more adoptables eventually, as well. So keep your eyes peeled for that, if you'd like to try again.
